Snap-Shot Scope

The repository is extremely reliable, but there is no guarantee that each and every record has been reported from the respective entities. Certain Categories May Not Have Statewide Access And May Require Individual Court Research.

State repositories included for Tax Liens and Judgments are:
AK, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MN, MO, MS, ND, NE, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, TX, UT, WA, WI, WY.

State repositories included for Notices of Default are:
CA, AZ, NV, UT, OR, WA.

COUNTY BY COUNTY CIVIL RECORDS

Civil Records are available in each state throughout the nation, but must be searched only at each county level. No statewide repositories are available. These records may include Civil Suits, Tax Liens, Judgments, Tort, Unlawful Detainer and possible Dissolutions.

FEDERAL DISTRICT CIVIL RECORDS
Federal District Civil Records are searched in each state or nationwide. Some states may have more than one district, i.e., Washington Eastern District and Washington Western District. Federal District Court records are filed by name only.

FEDERAL BANKRUPTCY COURTS

Bankruptcy records are available nationwide.

Our client base for these investigations includes government, private companies, non-profit organizations, attorneys, other legal entities and the general public. Records are disseminated for purposes of new employment candidates, existing workforce employees, child custody, personal injury, business and personal relationships, tenant evaluations and more. You may receive much more detailed information from a Civil & Public Records Investigation than is contained within a consumer credit report. The one difference between our discovery and a credit report is that the Snap-Shot does not disclose personal accounts nor the payment histories made to credit providers.
